• Ready for review
  • Survey

Goals: Design a pop-up containing a survey or a link to a survey that will appear to users. We want to determine

    • Who uses the digital collections and why? A.K.A. Who are we designing for/who is our audience?

    • What information about our users are we not capturing in Google Analytics that we want to know?

    Participant Screener

Is there anyone we don't want to participate?

→ We DO want respondents to be people who organically navigate to the digital collections. Not just the homepage, but any first entry into the application should be prompted with the survey.

→ We DON’T want to survey minors. Individuals under 18 legally cannot give consent, and therefore cannot participate in data collection surveys without signed consent from a guardian.

    Participant Identification

How will study participants be identified in the results?

→ Survey participants have the option to enter their email, but otherwise will be anonymous.

How do we avoid repeat survey takers? Based on IP address or do we just assume that people will refuse to take it a second time?

→ Ask tech team what the options are!
