Example peers with "download" links
What other cultural heritage “digital collections” sites offer download links to download video files?
We are especially interested in download links for what appear to be in-copyright third-party materials. (Not always sure which examples are third parties with no relationship).
Texas Digital Archives
Possibly offers download links for all videos.
eg https://tsl.access.preservica.com/index.php?name=SO_db8616e7-26e4-474a-b0db-7689fe946899
Click on the video link at bottom of middle column
Then see “Download” icon in icon bar at upper right, or click on three vertical dots in lower right of video, to get “Download” link.
“As of 2020, the Texas State Library and Archives Commission believes that the Item is protected by copyright and/or related rights. You need to obtain permission from the rights-holder(s) to use this Item except for any use permitted…”

eg https://www.loc.gov/item/2020600739/
“Hesston Corp., 1969”
Open “Rights & Access” accordion: “The Library of Congress is not aware of any U.S. copyright or other restrictions in the vast majority of motion pictures in these collections. Absent any such restrictions, these materials are free to use and reuse… Rights assessment is your responsibility… The written permission of the copyright owners in materials not in the public domain is required for distribution, reproduction, or other use of protected items beyond that allowed by fair use or other statutory exemptions.”
