Github administration recipes

To add the admin user group as admins to a new GitHub repo:

• https://github.com/sciencehistory/YOUR_REPO/settings/access

• Click "Add Team"

• Search for "@science_history/admin_access" and grant the group admin access.

• Remove yourself as an admin (since you're presumably already part of the above group).
