2015-02-13 Hydra collections rollout

Starting with Sufia, first collections are:

• Vanilla images collection,
• Photography / fine art / rare books, 
• Museums (3d object currently cataloged in past perfect),
• Oral histories (maybe not streaming, but def. preservation and full-text pdf searching).
