**Catalogers often use both Nomenclature and AAT. For CHF, Nomenclature's scope will be more generally relevant as it includes medical and scientific equipment, whereas AAT focuses on art and cultural heritage. AAT offers qualifiers and more in-depth coverage, however, and also follows lowercase and natural order format for terms.
