To access the data:

1. Log in to Google Analytics at https://analytics.google.com through a Google Account associated with your Science History email address. Contact Clare Hirai, the Institute’s Webmaster, to be added to the account.

2. Select the property Sciencehistory.org | GA4

3. Select Reports > Digital Collections

4. In the upper right-hand corner, select the date range of the previous month

   

5. Use the following settings to locate the desired data:

Sessions Users	Image Modified
Page Views	Image Modified
Original Downloads PDF Downloads ZIP Downloads Views View OH Transcript	Image Modified
JPEG Downloads (Add all three values)	Image Modified
Top 20 Viewed Pages	Image Modified
Top 10 Landing Pages	Image Modified

To count Google Search Queries:

1. Log into Google Search Console: https://search.google.com/search-console

2. Navigate to Search Results, and scroll down to see the top queries:
